Doctor Friend

Kidney Bean had his (somewhat belated) 4 month check-up last week. About which we can tell you:

1) He weighs 13 lbs exactly. Which means he's motoring along at the 25th percentile. We're not unhappy about this. We like our babies baby-sized.

2) I was fascinated by his pediatrician, who remarked on his long attention span. "I don't think anyone's ever listened that closely to me," he said.

3) When he got his shots, he screamed so loudly no sound came out.

4) Kid looks good.
